So I played pen and paper dnd, and my party killed a dragon. My character then decided it would be a good deed to donate the dragon meat to a nearby starving village. We left the village only to return a few days later. Upon our return we found the village overrun by kobolds! We later discovered that the dragon meat turned all of the townsfolk who ate it into kobolds. Not sure how valid or where our DM got the idea from. Let me know if dragon meat can do that though.

or maybe being exposed to all that dragon blood just made your party hallucinate that they were kobolds
