Okay. It's a bit sad for me to have to restate a rule like this. But it's been being broken lately and it's pissing me right off.
Lately people have been asking Balls of Steel for an answer, and then coming to me a little later on and asking the same question. This is wasting both our times. And since we discuss every application/request we know that it's happening. This is really starting to bother me and I will have to start enforcing the above stated rule.
From this point out, anyone found doing this will be docked XP and denied the request/application automatically.
My DM team is here to reduce the work load that I have, by bypassing them constantly (or worse asking everyone) you are removing that function of their job. So, while I don't mind helping out, please ask the DMs (yes currently this just means Balls of Steel but that could change to include somebody else). If I'm needed they can grab me. If they aren't on, then by all means ask me. Or instead of using tells, you can send me a PM here on the forums, then I can look at it in my own time.
If it's just a quick "Can I get my languages?" that's fine. If I'm on DM it only takes a minute to fix an item like that and I'm more then happy to do so.
I will back Balls of Steel when he makes a call on a situation. Plain and simple. If somebody is on the DM team they have my complete faith that they know what they are doing.
As a final note. Have patience. If you make a request/submit an application, we discuss it, so sometimes it takes a little longer then others to get a reply. We also have lives of our own and issues to deal with that may result in not looking at something for a day or two. Please don't start hounding us about it every day. After a few days a friendly "Hey, have you had a chance to decide yet?" is okay, but "can I play it yet?" "can I have it yet?" every day....that's gonna make me more likely to say no.
That is all. Please read over the rules if you feel you need a refresher.
Thank you

Rule 11: Make sure to respect the DM Team. They're doing their job willingly, and as volunteers. It's not like they get paid. The DM Team has final say in every decision, and basically play the part of judges when need be. If they make a request of you, please keep respectful and try to comply. If you have a problem with a member of the DM Team, you can feel free to give a complaint to the administrator, or another senior member of the team. We listen well.
However, we also keep in communication with each other. While we will keep what you say confidential (We don't gossip or go behind your back, don't worry), do not come to one DM trying to get a different answer on something that another DM already made a decision to. We aren't easily manipulated, and keep a very detailed communication with each other to prevent such things. If you just remain reasonable and have some respect for the staff, there really shouldn't be any problems with this rule.
