I was making a joke about your Good Hearted Drow Outcast bearing some resemblance to Drizzt Do'Urden, a famous drow character from a series of books that has been the 'inspiration' for several thousands of similar characters in games. A character that we dont feel will fit in our setting, presently. If we wanted Drizzt, there would be a Drizzt NPC. We like our Drow evil, sadistic & domineering

In an attempt at constructive criticism that may help you in future applications, here's what I have to say:
Drows are typically defined as sadistic, narrow-minded, bitter, power-hungry, pugnacious, and riddled with underlying psychological disorders of the worst kind. Anyone who is familiar with the Forgotten Realms setting usually have this picture in their head when you say the word 'Drow'. Either that, or it's something about a near-naked drow female in red leather straps whipping her lesbian mistress. Unfortunately, you would be amazed how much the latter turns out.
Now, it's not outlandish to consider a Drow formulating a different perspective on life, different ideas that would have their Drow brethren chasing them out of the Underdark with torches and pitchforks. However, this is a VERY rare occurrence, which is why Drizzt was such a famous case, aside from the details of his adventures. The conditions that make a typical Drow are hard to change, hard to beat. For instance, if a Drow is in a prominent family and is forced into difficult expectations, cutthroat competition, and the typical hazards of their communities, chances are they're not going to suddenly go one day, 'Oh, we're such a mean race, we should be nice to others'. Raised to be an ass, probably going to be an ass.
The only exception to not becoming an ass when your parents are psychotic and brutal, is having some strong, memorable and outside influence early on in the child's life. It's safe to say that any such influences are rarer than Medicus making a character that isn't influenced heavily by Dr.Who.
The feel of this application didn't have much a chance to begin with because of the standards applied to Drow, and it would be awful to have too many 'Drizzts' or 'Drizztinas'. But you offered no explanation for -why- the character had a contrasting view to her peers. There were few details on her environment, how it changed her and brought her above ground. Not to mention, her family probably would've had her executed or assassinated to prevent shame on the House.
What I think you should do is spend a lot of time thinking about action and reaction, cause and effect. Reasons are huge when making a proper character, because it wouldn't make sense otherwise. Brainstorm about why your character would turn on her people, everything she knows on some idea of morality. You'd be surprised with some of the neat, in-depth ideas you could come up with, given enough time and thought. Also, you might want to flesh out your character's other details more. Things like personality go a long way, some non-Mary Sue appearance details that make the character more interesting and less common. Quirks, habits, phobias, maybe some mental instability. For now, just stick with a basic character until you can form a strong, in-depth concept that will beat the Mary-Sueness. I hope this helps, either now or in the future.
