Lately I've been noticing people not following the standard D&D rules for clerics. So I'm going to post the ones that are causing issue here.
A cleric's alignment must be within one step of their deity's alignment unless otherwise stated in the Deity write up.
A clerics Domains must come from their Deity's domains. You must use domains that are supported in NWN.
As an example on Domains. Cyric's domains are : Chaos, Destruction, Evil, Illusion, Trickery
This means that a player playing a cleric of Cyric may choose any of those domains. However, Illusion and Chaos aren't supported in NWN and therefor can't be chosen. So the only options to a cleric of Cyric would be Destruction, Evil and Trickery.
On the off chance that the deity you choose to follow does not have two domains that are represented in NWN then talk to one of the DMs and we'll help figure out a course of action. This will most likely be finding one that is supported that comes closest to the deity in question.
If a DM asks you what Deity your character worships. Please respond honestly. If you are asked to pick new domains I will be applying the changes via leto. Do not argue with the DMs on this front please.
