The actions of a vampire may commonly be foreshadowed by that of their shady personality and mysterious outlook on life.

Brief Character background (this shows knowledge of the race): It was sinister that evening, the chill of the night pervaded through the burdened sense of all those that inhabit the forsaken city. The fog lay heavy across the steeples of the city, the spire of the keep far distant. The streets were all but deserted; everyone in town proceeded to help themselves to icy alcoholic beverages brewed by only the finest of that of the sort. Few lone men lurked the streets, but none of them could see the robed figured that stole from shadow to shadow before them. Nor the white cat that dodged elegantly around it, occasionally glancing up at a passerby with its bright, purple eyes.
It had been a long night for Medivh; hardly grasping his flagon of ale he staggered his way into one of the many public gardens that littered the city quarter. He proceeded to indulge in his beverage and took a single lengthy swig. Staring at the cold hard stone beneath his feet, he began to evoke his past memories; guilt would build thick in the back of his skull as he remembered all of those that died at the edge of his blade. Soon to disturb his moment of reminiscence, Cold, soft fingers flowed across his cheek. He looked up from his beverage only to see a misty female figure standing before him. Setting the ale upon the tree stump he then steadied himself and reached out to the lady. Being horrifically drunk, the female merely stepped aside as Medivh fell dazed to the ground. She knelt over him as he gazed into her eyes. A pair of golden orbs hovered in the darkness, deciphering between reality and fantasy became much more difficult as he fell deeper into unconsciousness state. Medivh felt an old chill come over his icy veins. Transfixed by this ladys charm, he grew much more enthralled by her deep gaze, stealing away all of his free will. “Wha- what would your name be pretty girl?” he stammered obnoxiously. The deep night sky beckoned as her eyes faded into a much deeper shade of blood red. The lady grinned manically, only to reveal a pair of deathly fangs. Medivh caught a glint of steel from the corner of his eye radiating from his blade he had previously readied himself with, yet he was unable to move. His efforts to defend himself were inadequate; thin, perfectly pointed fangs pierced through his neck in one graceful thrust. Medivh’s eyes widened in pure revulsion and dismay. The lady withdrew from his neck and licked her lips clean of the fresh blood, trembling in ecstasy, she spoke slowly and softly. “My name, you ask?” She grinned widely and ran her tongue over his now lifeless lips, taking her crimson prize of which is now rightfully hers. “You have no business in these parts, cattle.” Medivh's sense of vision depleted as he finally fell unconscious, from there on mystery has shrouded all that is known.
