For crimes against common moral decency and the laws of Lord Kelemvor, praised be his name, the one named Lucien is to be brought to justice by the elite of the Judge of All. He is to be arrested, interrogated and trialed. Any information regarding his where abouts leading to his capture will be rewarded with 150.000 gold. His arrest and transfer to the Eternal Order will be awarded with 200.000 gold.

He is a human male in his early ages and hair that looks like it's on fire. He is charged with the burning of the chapel.
