RP Reasoning
AC Bonus (+8) - Atiya, as a devoted spell weaver and cleric devised most of the enchantment spells for this item herself, drawing on clerical energies to augment the already strong adimantine, yet she dared not stay there, also augmenting the item with several of the spell scrolls she collected on her hunt for knowledge, most all from the arch wizard Vesur's own archive which she took from him on death. Many of these scrolls form the basis for the further enchantments to the plate Armour.
Bonus Feat (Sneak attack (5d6)) - What better defense to being hit is there than killing your enemy before he gets a chance to do so. This is an unfortunate mistake really, since the intention was to create an item that let the cleric stay invisible almost permanently. Instead it just made her very good at attacking from behind.
Damage Resist (Sonic, Acid) - Aside from the annoyance that is more and more survivors suddenly wanting Atiya dead, the only other real threats to her on the island are the inhabitants of Gelzburg. She wove these elemental enchantments and spells with the sole desire, to be able to stand up against the first two gelzburg bosses without needed an army with her...At least that's the plan.
Damage Resist (Slashing) - Nothing hurts more than being on the receiving end of a large bladed object. Much research has shown that most creatures on the island use slashing weapons to inflict their damage, and this was taken into account in the forging of this plate Armour. The effects are not dissimilar to the stone skin spell, in that they absorb rather than avoid or nullify damage done to her.
Damage Resist (Bludgeoning) - There is no spell in existence, to Ayita's knowledge, more annoying than Evards Black Tentacles. Slimy, painful and they hold you in place very well indeed. A solution had already been found to two of them problems. Clean sets of clothing carried at all times and a quick freedom of movement spell. However she took the painful nature of the spell into account when she wove this enchantment, sick, occasionally literally, of the pain caused by the most overused spell on the island.
Haste - Upon careful consideration of the items she currently has and the items she wants, she decided that since upon the replacing of her Armour and her Amulet she'd need to reclaim haste somewhere. This seemed as good a place as any, considering anywhere else would mean lessening the value of the rest of her arsonal.

Identified Description - Crafted in secret by the Priestess Atiya, this plate armour seems to be made of a gleaming metal, and emanate power. The piece is obviously of a very high standard. For those skilled in the identifying of exotic items, you may notice this Armour seems to be crafted from Adimantine. Upon the left shoulder of this Armour are the words 'ipsa scientia potestas est'....
