If this gets accepted, I already made the area. I just need to find out how to send it to someone else.

Area Requested: Private house (In Kalaram)
Which Character is it for (if specific): Callisto Rastaurion
Explanation why they have it: Callisto is tired of sleeping in a common area with other races. He also needs a place to store his gold and gear, and he generally needs a place to relax.
Feedback Desired : Yes.
Callisto wandered around Kalaram, going door to door to see what buildings could possibly have loot inside them. After going through a majority of the buildings, he found a rather large one left wide open. Inside the house was a mess, broken furniture, bodies, and blood everywhere. However, Callisto saw something in the place. He entered, and cleared it out of undead.
For the next week, Callisto returned to this house. He removed the bodies, scrubbed the blood, and trashed the furniture that was unusable. After searching the other nearby buildings for extra furniture, candles, and supplies, he brought everything back to the house and started arranging things.
After some time of rebuilding, refurnishing, and cleaning... the house was ready. It was a testament, showing that even in the worst of times, one could live in comfort.
The one and only entrance was guarded with a metal door. Partly scavenged, and partly created by Callisto. The base would just be a heavy slab of metal on hinges with a handle. However, added to the door was an expert locking system with two locks for the same key. Though time consuming, it would make the lock much harder to pick. Callisto also made sure the hinges were on the inside, so the door couldn't be opened via outside hinge removal.
Inside, there would be another defense. A cage wall blocking the entrance ahead, with the exception of a heavy set wooden door which took the same key as the front door. However, this door could only be opened from the inside, and is always left open when Callisto is away. This would mostly be to keep out undead if they were to some how slip through the front door when it was opened. It could easily be broken down by anyone persistent enough.
Just beyond the cage, there is a wooden desk with a huge chair behind it. The desk has Callisto's ledger on it, along with a quill pen, an ink container, and some papers.
To the right of the desk is the dining table, and even further right the kitchen. Some basic cooking supplies are inside, though Callisto has no idea what to do with them and still needs to scavenge his food. To the left of the desk is a bathroom complete with a wash basin, a bath tub, and commode.
At the back of this room are two sets of stairs, one going up and the other down. Upstairs, is some furniture set up around a stage, and a bedroom. Next to the stairs is a room that was likely used as a shop at some point. This room is now used for Callisto's storage of miscellaneous items, and scales have been added in the room to weigh gold, food, supplies or anything else of worth.
Downstairs, are two rooms. A room full of millions of gold coins, and a persistent chest (This will have to be added in). This room has a locked door too, again taking the same key as the other two doors. To the room next to the treasury, is a panic room. Inside is a switch that locks the door (Similar to the front minus locks). Inside are books, a bunk bed, a couch, a small safe, and some canned perishables.
