Well, this probably won't mean anything to non - Americans.
However, I'm sure you've been hearing of Operation: Fast and Furious.
The government has been supposedly been supplying drug cartels with military grade weapons. This has been going on for years, and it's just now becoming out in the open.
Obama denied access to the files regarding the operation.
Thoughts?

Why on earth would they do this? if it is true. I don't think anyone truly knows why. However, I've heard that it's a way to add more gun laws. Or something. No evidence supporting the statement. |

Need I bring up president Bush?
I'm not saying it happened, i'm just saying if americans want to keep their way of life with their 2% VAT and insane debts, there are sacrafices to make. As conspiricy theories go, selling weapons for money is one of the more likely.
Dont think i'm hating on Americans, I'm not. Its the same with all countries, not just america. Every country has done a couple of deals its not overly proud of.

Personally, I think America should just go gung - ho, erase our foreign debt and wreck shit up. But that's for another topic.
Either way, people are making a big deal out of this. I don't know too much about it myself, however I do find it interesting. I especially like to see what other people think about this and in the end... I really want to see if this is as serious as people are suspecting. I could totally see this as a way to get stricter gun laws enforced, thus bringing a Big Brother state a lot easier. Maybe I just -want- it to go down like that.
We'll see.
